Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.
Most of our products are unique and can come from all over the world, some are made to order.
Due to the nature of this, some items may arrive in multiple packages and/or at separate times even though you are only paying one shipping fee per order.
Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 40 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

zocavia is not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
